In 2009, Tiffany Elliott founded our firm. She experienced the value and impact of assessments, leadership coaching and talent strategy. She took a leap of faith to start our firm to transfer this knowledge to benefit more companies and leaders. 

She believes the use of applied science, data analytics and technology brings out the innate best in business and people. 

Impact, ease of use and strategic problem solving are her signature.
